When I arrived at this house I could tell that it needed some TLC as the paint on the siding was flaking and mildew. I'm to give it a pressure washing, power sanding, hand sanding, primer, sanding and paint as i require for high-end results and 10 year guarantees.

The photos that I have attached are photos taken of my exploratory phase where I determined what type of siding i was working with which is an interesting one, Masonite. This did make the process change a bit as I had to be more careful with such a soft material. This was not as successful at cleaning all the mildew and dirt off so I am buzzing away.
